Teamwork and collaboration are skills fundamental to all stages of education, and in the world of work and employment. Learning in teams allows pupils to develop their interpersonal skills, collaborate with their peers, develop their critical faculties and use audio-visual learning tools (e.g. TeamUp). Teachers can use this Learning Story as an opportunity to group together pupils that would not normally have much interaction with one another, increasing the class’s overall cohesion.
